Tower in Kopavogur

Turninn Smaratorgi is in the center of Kopavogi it is located in the center of the retail District in Kopavogur. The project consists of offices and retail with total area of 30.000 sq.m., with underground parking.
The complex offers a unique combination of various functions all in one location. It will be a place to work, a place to shop, a place for dining in a gourmet restaurant on the 19 and 20 floor. Smaratorg 3 will be known as a landmark in Iceland as one of the highest building built, reaching 78 meters in the air the view will be unique. Everything is elegance there inside and everything was made first class. Therefore they did choose VOLA inside their toilets.
Furthermore, the building will be known for its architectual design and engineering solutions. The design of the complex reflects the latest trends towards innovative solutions for the inner city developments. The project makes a stimulus in the reshaping of the new center of Kopavogur.
