Overview of activities and skills

Activities
• Monitor building projects, both domestic and utility, in the Netherlands to identify building projects with potential for VOLA products. Making use of specific CRM software programs.

• Call architects and interior designers involved in these projects to set up meetings for the VOLA consultants. 

• Together with country manager identity the  most important architects in the Netherlands and plan meetings, events etc. to make sure that VOLA has sufficient contacts in these architectural firms.

• Send catalogues and other requested material to architects and customers.

• Together with country manager plan events in the showroom, send out invitations, follow up on invitations etc.

• Together with internal sales & technical staff plan product trainings in the showroom.

• Follow up on all activities in the CRM securing that all project have a future activity.

Skills
• Native speaking Dutch and fluently English, in reading and writing.

• Systematic, pro-active, dynamic, loyal, team-oriented, reliable, co-operative and able to motivate and to be motivated.

• Good telephone voice, able to make cold calls, able to build relationships with architects and interior designers, able to understand and communicate VOLA brand values.

• Experienced in,  or at least able to work with CRM systems according to instructions valid for the VOLA group.

• Able to work under pressure, without getting stressed.

• Sense of humor without loosing the urge for gaining results.
