VOLA in stainless steel
 

VOLA products in stainless steel have a brushed surface that fits other high quality materials used in modern architecture. Stainless steel is suitable for applications where wear and tear resistance and high hygiene are of
greatest importance.

Description of material:
VOLA taps and mixers are produced from an austenitic stainless steel with high corrosion resistance, which is on the same level as AISI 316, please see below.


 

Comparison of materials / corrosion resistance:
The material fulfills tests required in the following approvals:
France: AFNOR A 05-159, USA: ASTM A 262-75 Practice E, Germany:
DIN 50914 (ISO 3651-2), Denmark: DS 3651-2     

Maintenance:
All universal cleaners can be used.
Lime deposits are removed with lime remover.
Special stainless steel cleaners can be used as required
We advise against the use of unwatered detergents like alcohol, bleach, thinner etc. as they can cause
discoloration of the surface.
Scouring powder or other abrasives should not be used as the brushed surface will then be changed.
